Acceptable Stay with Minor Disappointments
infrequent service tatami dust
The room service was not daily. It occurred only once every three days under an eco stay arrangement. This was not explained clearly upon check-in I found. On the second day soiled towels were not removed from the bathroom. The tea and coffee were not refilled and the tatami area had dust balls.
