convenient location attentive staff
The location was convenient. We were able to go places by walking and bus. the hotel was clean and convenient. it has definitely traditional vibe with modern convenience. staff were attentive.

the room includes yukatas to wear. a washing machine, microwave, and all necessary utensils are available. the room has tatami area and a western style beds separated by a japanese screen door.

The staff's demeanor was lacking I encountered minimal engagement or assistance. The room had some dust present on surfaces, specifically on the decorative stones near the bed.

cool japanese room perfect location easy walk
I had such a blast. to stay in a hotel, a modern building converted into a cool japanese room, with amenities that felt straight out of the future, was epic. the location was perfect, super central. I walked everywhere, to train stations. restaurants. tourist spots.
the room service happened only once every three days due to an eco-stay thing. i was not told this at check-in.

the premise includes laundry facilities are available to guests, offering added convenience during longer stays. the hotel features a tea house setup by the lobby, a fantastic space to relax. it really adds to the atmosphere.

The staff were so helpful. They are always ready to assist if you need information about the area, what a team. bottles of water were placed on the door handle daily, such a thoughtful touch.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Disappointments
infrequent service tatami dust
The room service was not daily. It occurred only once every three days under an eco stay arrangement. This was not explained clearly upon check-in I found. On the second day soiled towels were not removed from the bathroom. The tea and coffee were not refilled and the tatami area had dust balls.
